The SAUNA Project continues to make strides in sustainable pulping innovation. On September 2–3, 2025, the consortium gathered in Espoo, Finland, for a focused workshop on process design, sensors, and life cycle assessment (LCA). During the workshop, participants worked on block flow diagrams, mass balances, and process flow diagrams. Collected process data was carefully reviewed, and potential emissions and waste streams were actively discussed. The team also explored the ap
